New Zealand & Australia

Complimentary shipping on all New Zealand orders over $150.
New Zealand wide shipping under $150 spend = $10.

Any order to Australia will incur a cost of AUD $20 and is sent via DHL Courier.

Please provide a physical address for courier delivery we are unable ship to PO Boxes.

New Zealand orders will be sent in a compostable plant-based courier bag made from corn starch. Orders sent through NZ Post are carbon neutral.

An email confirmation will be sent once your item has been shipped, this will include a trackable link.

North Island deliveries please allow 1-3 working days.

South Island deliveries please allow 3-4 working days.

Australia deliveries please allow 7 working days.

Any order to Canada, United States and Japan will incur shipping costs of NZD $40 and is sent via DHL Courier 

Any order to Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, U.S Minor Islands, Virgin Island (British) and Virgin Islands (U.S) will incur shipping costs of NZD$60 and is sent via DHL Courier.

Any order to the Rest of the world (not listed above) will incur shipping costs of NZD$100.00 and is sent via DHL Courier.

We are sorry but we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom due to Brexit Tax Laws.

International parcels will arrive at least 12 working days from sending.

An email confirmation will be sent once your item has been shipped, this will include a trackable link.

Orders shipped overseas may be subjected to international custom and import fees (ie. VAT, duties and clearing fees). Thing Thing takes no responsibility in payment of these charges. Please check with your local governmental office for further information relating to charges in your location. Custom clearance procedures can cause unforeseen delays to original delivery time frames.

Failure to collect your parcel due to not wanting to pay these fees or the parcel being returned to us due to incorrect address information or non collection from depot will result in a return of your original order amount less the costs to cover the costs for processing + inbound and outbound freight costs. 

If you refuse your parcel at customs due to the fees your order will be destroyed by customs and you will not be refunded by Thing Thing.
